A Partner with the firm, Mr. Carlotto’s practice focuses on creditor representation including loan workouts and restructuring, representing creditors in both Federal and State Court litigation, advocating creditors’ rights in Bankruptcy Courts throughout the Northeast, and serving as counsel to Federal and State Court receivers. He is also a member of the Rhode Island Superior Court receivership panel. Mr. Carlotto is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1998, and his B.A. from the University of Rhode Island in 1995. Mr. Carlotto is a member of the Attorney Advisory Committee for the Rhode Island Bankruptcy Court and serves on the Rhode Island District Court Civil Rules Committee. He is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Commercial Law League of America, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.
