A Partner with the firm, Mr. Carlotto’s practice focuses on creditor representation, including the collection of retail and commercial accounts, advocating creditors’ rights in Bankruptcy Courts throughout the Northeast, and representing creditors in both Federal and State Court litigation.  Mr. Carlotto is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.  Mr. Carlotto earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1998, and his B.A. from the University of Rhode Island in 1995.  Mr. Carlotto is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
