Mr. Masterson concentrates his practice primarily in the area of creditors’ rights and collection litigation. Mr. Masterson is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and in the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Southern New England School of Law in 2003, where he was class valedictorian and a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team and the National Moot Court team. He earned an M.A. from Wichita State University in 2001 and a B.A. from Lehigh University in 1992. Mr. Masterson is a member of the Massachusetts, Connecticut, and American Bar Associations. In addition to his legal and business background, Mr. Masterson brings ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, where he held positions including Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Revenue Management.
