Ms. Rinaldi has more than a decade of combined experience in private practice and as in-house counsel for a publicly traded company in the areas of corporate law, regulatory compliance, commercial real estate, commercial lending and creditors’ rights. Ms. Rinaldi has also held the position of Assistant Vice President and Rhode Island State Counsel for a national title insurance company. She has served as a judicial clerk to the justices of the Rhode Island Superior Court. Ms. Rinaldi is admitted to practice law in all the state and federal courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Ms. Rinaldi obtained her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1994, where she was a member of the National Intellectual Property Moot Court Team, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island in 1990. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and its Title Standards Committee, the American Land Title Association and the New England Land Title Association. From 2005 through 2008, Ms. Rinaldi served as an instructor for the continuing education program sponsored by the Rhode Island Realtors Association. She has also presented a number of seminars addressing various topics in real estate and title law.
