Mr. Camillo is the managing attorney of SHS’s Foreclosure and Default Servicing Practice Groups. Mr. Camillo has vast experience in the areas of Banking, Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Real Estate, Litigation, Regulatory Compliance and Condominium Law. He is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Mr. Camillo earned his J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law in 1994, and his B.A. from St. Bonaventure University in 1989. In addition to being a Conference Faculty member of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) and The Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts (REBA), current memberships include the American Bankruptcy Institute, Massachusetts Bar Associations, New England Adjustment Managers Association and the American Liver Foundation, for which he has raised funds and awareness by participating in the Boston Marathon on several occasions. Mr. Camillo is also an underwriting agent for several national title insurance companies and serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Fort Point Place Condominium Association.
