Mr. Agnelli’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of creditor’s rights and collection litigation. Mr. Agnelli is admitted to practice law in all state courts within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Agnelli earned his J.D. from Southern New England School of Law in 2007, where he was the Executive Articles Editor for the Southern New England Roundtable Symposium Law Journal, member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team, and President of the International Law Students Association. Mr. Agnelli received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Nichols College in 2004. He is a member of the Massachusetts and Worcester County Bar Associations.
