With more than a decade of experience in all areas of civil litigation, Mr. Wagner focuses his practice in commercial and business litigation, receiverships, creditors' rights, construction litigation, contract disputes, land use, condemnation, shareholder disputes, professional liability, products liability, and insurance litigation. His experience includes representation of corporations, partnerships, municipalities, business owners, labor unions, and individuals in a wide variety of matters. Mr. Wagner is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Wagner obtained his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1995, where he served as the Articles Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law. Mr. Wagner earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island in 1989. He is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations, and also serves on the Jamestown Zoning Board of Review.
