Ms. Folsom has had substantial experience in both transactional and real estate law prior to joining the firm, and currently focuses her practice in the areas of residential real estate foreclosures, title matters, title resolution issues associated with foreclosures, and REO (post foreclosure resale) matters. Ms. Folsom also has experience in other related real estate matters, such as title litigation, evictions, and municipal matters. Ms. Folsom is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, and the United States District Court for the Districts of Maine and New Hampshire. She earned her J.D. from the University of Maine Law School in 2003 where she served as Business Editor of the Maine Law Review, and her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College in 1987. Ms. Folsom is licensed as a title producer in the State of Maine and the State of New Hampshire, as well as being an authorized agent for several national title insurance companies in both states. She is a member of the Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and American Bar Associations.
