Mr. Clavell has extensive experience in the areas of commercial lending, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and public and private securities offerings. Mr. Clavell is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, and the federal court in Massachusetts. Mr. Clavell earned his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1997, and received his B.A. from Providence College in 1994. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.
